As CEO, Lisa drives the strategic direction for the organization and inspires her team to find creative solutions that challenge past assumptions, finding new ways to become that crucial partner in helping companies find what may be slowing success.

As COO, Frank is responsible for guiding the east and west regional teams on the implementation of asset specific goals, including asset management, operations, development and dispositions throughout the organization.

Spencer Rose is the Managing Director for EQ’s Western region, guiding teams to set a vision for each asset and enhance the EQ product offering. He oversees the strategic direction, asset management and investment activities of the approximately 20 million square-foot portfolio.

Mark Smith is the Managing Director for the Eastern Region and is responsible for constructing, managing, leasing, and investing for all of EQ’s properties from Chicago East. His mission is transform his team and EQ’s properties to deliver the best customer experiences and serve as a true talent partner to companies.

As VP of Strategic Marketing, Lauren Sozio brings a unique perspective to the commercial real estate space. With 15 years of experience helping brands like Hulu and Vanity Fair tell their stories, her mission is to scale a customer-centric marketing program across the country, and imagine the vision behind assets.

Brendan is SVP-Portfolio Director, overseeing the strategic direction and execution of EQ’s Southern California portfolio. Responsible for guiding EQ’s asset management vision for each asset that will enhance and maximize asset value and offerings.

Laura Klimenko is SVP, People & Culture and is responsible for human resources, payroll and internal communications. She has extensive experience managing the human capital side of mergers and acquisitions and building strategic HR organizations that align with business needs.
