The Exchange Building is a historic 22-story Class A high-rise office building located in downtown Seattle, Washington. Originally completed in 1929 to house the Seattle Stock Exchange, it was converted to office space following the market crash and received Landmark Status in 1990. Early tenants of the building were innovators like Edison Lamp Works, General Electric, and Standard Oil.
